Publication d’une statuette cube acéphale, conservée dans les réserves du Musée égyptien du Caire. Son propriétaire, Pastjenef – probablement à identifier avec le Pastjenef mentionné dans le Papyrus Brooklyn 47.218.3 – était prophète d’Amon à Karnak où il avait la charge des vêtements de la statue d’Amon-Rê et la responsabilité de la table d’offrandes « grande et pure » du temple d’Amon. Des détails stylistiques et épigraphiques permettent de la dater du début de la XXVIe dynastie. Les textes de la statuette comprennent la formule ḥtp-di-nswt et la formule « saïte », en plus des titres de son propriétaire tel ḥry-sštȝ n mnḫt špst nt ḥʿw-nṯr (inhabituel pour les sculptures de la XXVIe dynastie).

Publication of a headless block statuette kept in the basement of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The statuette owner, Pastjenef – probably the same person mentioned in Brooklyn Papyrus 47.218.3 – served as a prophet of Amun at Karnak where he was in charge of the clothing of the statue of Amun-Re, as well as being responsible for the great and pure offering table of the temple of Amun. Stylistic and epigraphical details suggest a date at the beginning of the 26 th Dynasty. The inscriptions on the statuette include the ḥtp-di-nswt and the “Saite” formulae, in addition to the titles of its owner such as ḥry-sštȝ n mnḫt špst nt ḥʿw-nṯr (unusual on 26 th Dynasty sculptures).
