La chapelle d'Osiris Ounnefer Neb djefaou est l’un des multiples édifices osiriens construits en périphérie du temple d’Amon-Rê de Karnak au Ier millénaire avant J.-C. Ses riches décors révèlent sa fonction de reposoir du « fétiche » abydénien à la fin de la XXVIe dynastie, sous le pontificat de la Divine Adoratrice Ânkhnesnéferibrê (VIe s. av. J.-C.). Le présent volume comporte la publication épigraphique du monument incluant une traduction, un commentaire perpétuel et une paléographie hiéroglyphique. Le travail de reconstitution des parois s'est appuyé sur des documents d’archives comme sur les travaux archéologiques menés parallèlement aux relevés, qui ont livré des blocs complétant les élévations. L'édition des textes est associée à une analyse approfondie du programme décoratif. L'étude consacrée à la forme spécifique du dieu Osiris « Ounnefer Maître des aliments » permet d'aborder la question des nombreuses épiclèses accordées au dieu dans les multiples édifices qui lui sont dédiés à Karnak. Quant à la théologie d’Abydos et au culte du « fétiche », ils sont replacés dans une tradition qui remonte au début du IIe millénaire av. J.-C. pour mettre en évidence la manière dont elle a été acclimatée à Thèbes et fait l’objet d’une élaboration érudite par le grand intendant Sheshonq (A), concepteur de la chapelle.

The Chapel of Osiris Wennefer Neb djefau is one of the many Osirian buildings built in the periphery of the Temple of Amun-Re at Karnak in the 1st millennium BC. Its rich decoration reveals its function as a repository for the Abydenian ‘fetish’ at the end of Dynasty XXVI, under the pontificate of the Divine Votaress Ankhnesneferibre (6th c. BC). This volume contains the epigraphic publication of the monument, including a translation, a perpetual commentary and hieroglyphic palaeography. The reconstruction of the walls was based both on archive documents and archaeological work carried out at the same time as the surveys, which yielded blocks to complete the elevations. The texts are published alongside an in-depth analysis of the decorative programme. The study devoted to the specific form of the god Osiris ‘Wennefer Master of Food’ addresses the question of the many cult-epithets attributed to the god in the many buildings dedicated to him at Karnak. The theology of Abydos and the cult of the ‘fetish’ are placed in the context of a tradition dating back to the beginning of the 2nd millennium BC, highlighting the way in which it was adapted at Thebes and developed in an erudite manner by the High Steward Sheshonq (A), who designed the chapel.

تعد مقصورة أوزيريس أوننِفر نب-دﭼﻔﺎوو واحدة من المباني الأوزيرية العديدة التي شُيّدت في محيط معبد آمون-رع في الكرنك خلال الألفية الأولى قبل الميلاد. وتكشف زخارفها الغنية عن وظيفتها كمقرّ لاستراحة "الرمز المقدس" (فِتيش) الخاص بأبيدوس في نهاية الأسرة السادسة والعشرين، في عهد المُتعبدة الإلهية عنخنس نفر إب رع (القرن السادس ق.م). يحتوي هذا الكتاب على نَشْر لنقوش الأثر، شاملًا ترجمة وتعليق تحليلي متسلسل، بالإضافة إلى دراسة للخط الهيروغليفي. وقد استندت عملية إعادة بناء الجدران إلى وثائق أرﺷﯿﭭﯿﺔ، بالإضافة إلى الأعمال الأثرية التي أُجريت بالتوازي مع أعمال الرفع والتوثيق، والتي أسفرت عن العثور على كتل مكمِّلة للارتفاعات. كما يرتبط نشر النصوص بتحليل مُعمَّق للبرنامج الزخرفي للمقصورة. أما الدراسة المعنية بالشكل الخاص بالإله أوزيريس بصفته "أوننِفر سيّد الطعام"، فهي تُتيح تناول مسألة الصِفات الإلهية المتعددة المنسوبة للإله في المباني المختلفة المكرّسة له في الكرنك. وفيما يتعلق بعقيدة أبيدوس وعبادة "الرمز المقدس"، فقد أُعيد وضعهما في سياق تقليد يعود إلى مطلع الألفية الثانية ق.م، لإبراز الطريقة التي تم من خلالها تهيئة هذا التقليد لطيبة، وكانت موضوعًا لصياغة علمية دقيقة على يد المُشرف الكبير شيشنق (أ)، الذي قام بتصميم المقصورة.
