The second Workshop of the ANR-DFG DYNTRAN Project will build upon various issues raised during the project's inaugural workshop in Marburg (26-29 November 2015). Among the themes that emerged were the questions: "How does the transmission occur?" and "What is being transmitted?" DYNTRAN's second general workshop will seek to answer the question of "how" in hoping to expand upon these questions. To that end, panels have been organised in such a way as to illuminate issues related to the mechanisms and frameworks of transmission.
