L’Ifao organise, en collaboration avec l’inspectorat de Sohag, une formation à l’adresse des inspecteurs locaux, qui portera sur la méthodologie de la recherche en égyptologie. La première partie sera consacrée à des généralités sur la recherche, sur la rédaction de travaux, sur l’importance de la bibliographie, et sur le processus d’évaluation par les pairs (peer-reviewing). Lors de la seconde partie, les intervenants montreront, grâce à la présentation d’études de cas, comment publier différents types de sources. La journée se terminera avec la présentation d'une étude de cas sur Akhmin, puis d’outils numériques pour la transcription hiéroglyphique (JSesh) et la translittération.

The Ifao organises, in collaboration with the inspectorate of Sohag, a training workshop which is addressed to local inspectors and will be dedicated to research methodology in Egyptology. The first part of the workshop will deal with generalities regarding research, paper writing, the importance of a bibliography, and peer-reviewing. During the second part, the speakers will show, through the presentation of case studies, how the different kinds of sources should be published. The day will finish with the presentation of a case study on Akhmim, and endly an explanation on digital tools for Hieroglyphic transcription (JSesh) and transliteration.

ينظم المعهد الفرنسي للآثار الشرقية، بالتعاون مع منطقة آثار سوهاج، ورشة عمل تدريبية موجهة للمفتشين المحليين وستخصص لمنهجية البحث في علم المصريات. سيتناول الجزء الأول من ورشة العمل العموميات المتعلقة بالبحث وكتابة الأوراق البحثية وأهمية الببليوغرافيا وعملية المراجعة للمنشورات العلمية. في الجزء الثاني، سيوضح المتحدثون، من خلال عرض دراسات حالة، كيفة نشر أنواع مختلفة من المصادر. سينتهي اليوم بتقديم دراسة حالة عن أخميم، وفي النهاية شرح حول الأدوات الرقمية لكتابة الرموز الهيروغليفية عن طريق تطبيق (JSesh) والترجمة الصوتية.
