• Bottle found in the ruins of a Byzantine fortress at Kato Paphos (Saranda Kolonnes):
– blue glass, ornamentation on the body divided into two zones;
– decorative elements: roundels subdivided by vertical and horizontal lines into squares containing an X, birds, dotted rosettes;
– so called “Paphos type” of gilded glass.
