The chapter supports findings presented in other chapters of the excavation report, but does not itself discuss worked wood artifacts.
Tables 5-1 and 5-2 Lists in tabular form all species of plants, edible and non-edible, including wood, identified from the excavations.
Results of a statistical analyses of biometrical traits of olive stones and date stones, finding that the sample from the excavations contains evidence of different groves being the source of the fruit. It follows that the olives and dates respectively did not come from a single grove.
