Selon Goyon, ce cartouche, qui est resté anépigraphe, est celui d’Ounis ; aussi propose-t-il la lecture « Ounas-ankh » (cf. Goyon, Hammamât, p. 59), qui est, selon nous, infondée, d’autant plus que les titres des deux inscriptions ne correspondent pas contrairement à ce qu’il avance. Selon Pantalacci (communication orale), le cartouche est volontairement incomplet, ce qui est une preuve que les théophores n’étaient pas usités.
