La tombe no 16 de Tell el-Retaba
La tombe no 16 de Tell el-Retaba a été découverte lors des fouilles réalisées par la mission de fouilles de Tell el-Retaba le 27 octobre 2011, sous la direction de Mustafa Nour el-Din. Un écroulement est à la base de cette découverte, durant le nettoyage de la tombe no 17. Ainsi, six mois après le début des fouilles, la tombe no 16 fut mise au jour, située à l’est de la tombe no 6.

The tomb nr. 16 at Tell el-Retaba was discovered during the work done by the mission of excavations at Tell el- Retaba, the 27th October 2011, under the leadership of supervisor of the excavation, Mustafa Nour el-Din. Collapse of sand was the cause of the discovery during the cleaning job profile to identify the different layers in the rectangle nr. 17. Thus, six months after the start of excavation, it was discovered the tomb nr. 16, which is located east of the tomb nr. 6.
