Publication d’un fragment de papyrus hiératique médical à contenu gynécologique. Acquis initialement par J. Černý, et maintenant conservé à l’Ifao (H 48), sa provenance est inconnue. On peut le dater, d’après des critères paléographiques, de la fin de l’époque ptolémaïque ou du début de l’époque romaine. Le texte, qui occupe vingt lignes toutes incomplètes, traite de problèmes de l’utérus susceptibles de compromettre le bon déroulement d’un accouchement. Le document, pour lequel aucun parallèle n’est connu, est transcrit, traduit et commenté.

This paper concerns the publication of a fragmentary medical papyrus, inscribed in hieratic, containing a gynaecological text. Initially acquired by J. Černý and now kept at the French Institute in Cairo (P. Ifao H 48), its provenance is unknown. According to palaeographical criteria, it dates from the Ptolemaic or Roman Period and is composed of twenty incomplete lines dealing with complications occurring within the womb that might compromise the progress of childbirth. The author provides a transcription, translation and commentary of this document, for which no parallel is known.
