Au printemps 2006, la MAFS mettait en évidence, à l’ouest du monument funéraire de la reine Méhaa et du prince Nétérikhethor, presque en surface, un atelier de taille de pierre datant sans doute de la fin du xixe siècle. 197 fragments de Textes des Pyramides ont pu être identifiés ; ils viennent de la chambre funéraire de la reine Béhénou enterrée plus au nord sous une pyramide qui reste à dégager. Grâce aux éléments retrouvés, qui appartiennent à coup sûr au mur nord de la chambre funéraire, on peut restituer approximativement une pièce de 6 m × 3 m, soit les dimensions attendues dans la tombe d’une reine de la fin de la VIe dynastie. La disposition des textes et certaines graphies semblent plus proches des versions retrouvées chez Ipout II ou Oudjebten que chez Ânkhnespépy II ou Neit.

During the spring of 2006, MAFS identified a stone cutters workshop clearly dating to the end of the 19th century. The workshop was located near the surface to the west of the mortuary monument of queen Mehaa and prince Neterikhethor. One hundred and ninety seven fragments containing Pyramids Texts were located ; coming from the vault belonging to queen Behenw, who is buried further to the north underneath a pyramid yet to be excavated. Thanks to these discovered elements, which would certainly be found on the north wall of the mortuary chamber, we can restore a room of approximately 6 × 3 metres in size. Dimensions expected for the grave of a queen from the end of 6th Dynasty. The disposition of the texts and certain written forms seem to find parallels closer to versions found at Ipwt II or Wdjebten rather than at Ankhnespepy II or Neit.
