Cet article présente de nouvelles propositions pour regrouper certaines parties de statues d’Aménophis III dispersées dans différents sites et musées. Il s’agit de trois statues en granit noir. Un buste royal des collections de Otaki-Denki à Tokyo se raccorde avec la partie inférieure d’une statue du roi assis, réinscrite par Ramsès II et aujourd’hui entreposée dans le temple de Séthy Ier à Gourna. Deux morceaux d’un torse royal représentant le roi en dieu-Nil sont partagés entre le Musée national de Copenhague et le temple de Louqsor. Le troisième raccord, proposé il y a quelques années pour joindre une tête royale du musée d’Alexandrie à un groupe statuaire de Karnak-Nord, vient d’être réalisé au musée de Louqsor et représente Aménophis III couronné par Amon. This article takes up the argument for the joining together of fragments from statues belonging to Amenhotep III, currently dispersed throughout different sites and museums. The pieces in question are three royal statues sculpted from granodiorite.

Firstly, a royal bust from the collection of Ohtake-Denki, in Tokyo, would complete the lower part of a seated statue re-inscribed by Ramses II and now kept in the portico of the funerary temple of Seti I at Gurna, Thebes. Secondly, one part of a torso representing the king as offering bearer presently in the National Museum of Copenhagen would join a lower part situated in the temple of Luxor. A third join, previously suggested in an earlier article, has now been realized and put on display in the Luxor Museum of Art, bringing together a royal head once stored in the Greco-Roman Museum of Alexandria representing and a group statue of Amenhotep III crowned by Amon.
