Reprographies
- La bibliothèque ne fournit pas de reproductions à distance.
- La bibliothèque réalise les demandes de photocopies sur place dans un délai d’une semaine: 0.25 EGP A4 – 0.50 EGP A3, noir et blanc uniquement.
- Il est possible d’imprimer les ressources électroniques selon les mêmes conditions.
- La prise de vue numérique est autorisée gratuitement à condition d’usage privé.
- Toute reproduction se fait dans la limite de la réglementation en vigueur sur le droit de la propriété intellectuelle (10% d’un ouvrage).
- Toute exploitation à usage public des fonds de l’IFAO doit faire l’objet d’une demande d’autorisation.
Echanges de publications
La bibliothèque gère les échanges de publications avec plus de 140 partenaires, ces échanges peuvent être ponctuels ou réguliers.

Formations
La bibliothèque propose une formation à la recherche en bibliothèque et aux usuels dans le cadre des journées de formations adressées aux universités égyptiennes.
Visites
Toute visite de la bibliothèque doit faire l'objet d'une demande à la direction.

Reprography
- Digital copies may be supplied within the frame of Interlibrary loan system.
- The library can respond to on-the-spot photocopying requests, on a day to day basis: LE 0.25 A4 – LE 0.50 A3, black and white only.
- Print outs of electronic resources are possible under the same conditions.
- Digital photography for private use only is permitted free of charge.
- All reproduction is governed by current regulations concerning intellectual property rights (Law N°82 of the year 2002).
- Any public exploitation of IFAO collections requires an authorisation request.
Publication exchange
The library maintains a publication exchange with more than 40 partners, which may be occasional or regular.
- Consult IFAO publications.
- Download the exchange request form in French (85k) or in English (82k).
- Doubles: the library offers its doubles in exchange for other publications.
Training
The library offers training in library research and reference work research in the form of training days designed for Egyptian university students.
Visits
Any visit to the library must be preceded by a request to the management Library.
